MUTED AND SPAWN KILLING

so for TWO years now i have been muted. i have matured, i am now more calm, and im now doing my best to ENGAGE into conversations or START conversations in server while playing.

and on top of that i am being spawn killed. i cannot describe the amount i have been getting nor can i give accurate storys on when, how many, and/or where. but thats the best way to put it.

and to be threatened to be banned from server for spawn killing while i do my best to behave and break the temptation to spawn kill. now im starting to think that karma is getting back at me for my actions!

so i ask that i may be unmuted so that i can not only have conversations using voice, but also be quicker to alert those who are spawn killing me.

I remember you from the other night.
we were playing a small map where combine balls were flying all over the place and I would get killed too but I knew about the situation so that is why I didn't complain or enforce (unless it was intentational of course). Also I remember that you would spawn in a middle of a fight and come out and try to run away. not a good idea. if you don't want to get spawn killed wait until the battle is over before moving so u don't get caught within the battle. I know you were complaining about being spawn killed but you didn't say who therefore I or other admins didn't know.

Last night you were asking about your mute ban. My comment to you was, “go to the forum and write a request to have your mute ban removed.” You have now brought up two different issues which need to be handled separately.
I'll only address your spawn killing complaint into consideration.

The statements in previous two posts speak directly to the issue and how to resolve the problem mentioned. You must take the dynamics of the level played when considering if there is a direct violation of the spawn killing rule. Because of the testimony of the admin on the server (including myself), the consideration of your complaint is denied.
